Is this range a real price or just a marketing number?
It's a real range. We use the same line-item logic in the calculator that we use in actual written estimates — scope and finish tier. The final number depends on layout, structural surprises, and the specific products you pick, which we lock in during the consult. The range is meant to be useful before we talk, not a bait-and-switch.
How long does a bathroom remodel actually take?
Most bathrooms wrap up in 2–4 days of active build time. Tub-to-shower conversions land at the shorter end; full gut renovations at the longer end. Design takes 1–2 days before the build, and the consult itself gets booked within 2 days of your request.
Are there hidden costs that aren’t in the range?
Anything we can't see without opening a wall — old plumbing, electrical surprises, subfloor damage — gets called out explicitly in the estimate with a change-order process if it comes up. Everything else is in the line items. No surprise allowance overages.
Do you pull permits and handle inspections?
Yes, every time it's required. We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and walk it through with the township inspector. You don't take a day off work.
How does payment work?
50/50 split — half at start, half at completion. No "pay-as-you-go" milestone games, no balloon at the end. We accept all major payment methods.
What if something looks off after the build?
Every bathroom comes with a 1-year workmanship warranty, plus we honor every manufacturer warranty on the materials we install. If you spot something, you call us directly.
