HousePro provides home improvement services including, but not limited to, kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovation, roofing, flooring, siding installation, and handyman services. We also offer instant cost estimates, project consultations, and financing options for qualifying projects.

All estimates provided through our website are preliminary and subject to change based on an in-person assessment. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing after a consultation and site inspection.

3. Service Area

Our services are available exclusively in South Jersey, with our headquarters in Cherry Hill, NJ. We serve Burlington County, Camden County, and Gloucester County. Service availability in specific locations may vary.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect projects for which a written contract has already been executed.

6. Financing

Financing options are available for qualifying projects and customers. Financing is subject to credit approval by our third-party financing partners. Interest rates, terms, and payment options are determined by the financing provider based on creditworthiness and other factors.

HousePro is not a lender and does not make credit decisions. All financing applications are processed by independent financing companies.

7. Consultations and Scheduling

We offer free in-home consultations for eligible projects. Consultation availability is subject to our schedule and service area. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred appointment times but cannot guarantee specific time slots.

You may cancel or reschedule a consultation by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in ineligibility for future free consultations.

8. Communications

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from HousePro via phone, email, and text message regarding your project, estimates, scheduling, and promotional offers. Message and data rates may apply for text messages.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails or by replying STOP to text messages. Opting out of marketing communications will not affect service-related communications necessary for your project.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the HousePro website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of HousePro Home Improvement LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written permission.
